Lakin Spears, LLP Sponsors the Annual Symposium of the Northern California Chapter of AAML

The Family Law Group sponsors the three-day symposium put on by the Northern California Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers held in Napa, California.  This year’s symposium included an all-day seminar on mediation and two days dedicated to the discussion of settlement agreements, QDROs, breach of fiduciary duty, approaches to Pereira/VanCamp and Moore/Marsden; custody evaluations after Sanchez and what judges want and don’t want from Forensic CPAs.
