Lakin Spears is thrilled and honored to add the skill, advocacy and talent of Nancy Encarnacion Mass to the Family Law group at Lakin Spears. As a Certified Family Law Specialist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, she has the expertise and recognition as a top Northern California family law attorney. Nancy handles all aspects of complex and high-asset divorces, including those involving financial issues, property characterization, business valuation, child custody, child support, and spousal support, from the inception of a case through settlement or trial. Nancy’s litigation practice spans the Bay Area including Santa Clara, San Mateo and San Francisco counties. In addition, Nancy prepares premarital and postmarital agreements, works with clients as a consulting attorney to mediations, and represents clients in domestic violence actions.
