Traditional Representation/Litigation

My goal as a family law attorney is to assist clients with compassion and understanding, tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. I was drawn to a career in law in order to help others and to dedicate myself to causes related to social justice and promoting equity. To me, family law is one such avenue to do so, as we seek to achieve outcomes that are both fair and in the best interests of each party.

I am a South Bay native who had an international upbringing, and as such, cultural exchange and understanding is important to me. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto, Canada, double majoring in International Relations and East Asian Studies. I also spent a year abroad in Japan at the University of Tokyo. I received my Juris Doctor from King Hall, UC Davis School of Law, where I received a Reynoso Award as well as a Dean’s Merit Scholarship.

In law school, I pursued opportunities working in legal aid and in public interest. I was chosen as Asian Law Alliance and the Asian Pacific Bar Association of Silicon Valley’s Joint Diversity Scholar while working as a law clerk in immigration law. I also have worked in civil rights law and public health law; my public sector experience includes working for both the State of California as a law clerk, and the University of California as a post-graduate legal fellow.

Outside of work, I am passionate about art, fashion, and cats.
