Members of the group have extensive experience reviewing, negotiating and drafting transactional real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, office, industrial, retail and residential lease agreements, financing documents, easement agreements and tenancy-in-common agreements.
Additionally, the Business & Real Estate Group assists clients with all matters relating to the formation, acquisition, operation and disposition of business entities such as corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. Members of the group have expertise drafting and negotiating formation documents, including, specifically, bylaws, operating agreements, partnership agreements, documents relating to the purchase and sale of business entities and assets and other business-related documents.
